EMO

EMO is a compact AI desktop pet from Living.AI that independently walks around a desk, reacts to people and develops a personality through repeated interaction. More than ten internal sensors support movement, sound tracking, touch response and edge detection so EMO can explore without walking off the desktop. An HD camera provides face recognition for up to ten people, while a four-microphone array detects voices and sound direction. EMO communicates through animated expressions, body movement, simulated sounds and speech, with Living.AI advertising more than 1,000 expressions and actions. It can answer questions, provide weather information, set alarms, take photographs, dance to music, play games and control the included smart light. The standard package includes EMO, headphones, a wireless-charging skateboard and one smart light. Living.AI also sells the separate EMO Go Home package with a Home Station that EMO can locate and use for autonomous charging inside a virtual activity boundary.
